|Abstract||The 4-gap full Nb Ladder resonator is designed for the 0.1 - 0.2 range of high current linacs. The rf design and beam dynamics studies were presented in . A thourogh mechanical analysis has been completed. An Al model has been built to check rough tuning sensitivity, mechanical precison tolerances with respect to mode mixing and field flatness along the 4 gaps, reliability of the mechanical vibration studies.
